Atraídos pelo crime se passa no bairro do Broklyn, onde três policiais, interpretado por Richard Gere, Ethan Hawke e Don Cheadle ficam presos no mesmo lugar fatal. O ator Wesley Snipes (Blade I, II e III) também participa do filme. A ação começa quando os policiais têm destinos amarrados por uma intrigante cena de crime, um este ligado a investigação das denuncias de trafico, o outro esta envolvido em casos de suborno e corrupção e o ultimo aguarda por sua aposentadoria. Juntos, devem solucionar o caso, mas para isso serão testadas a lealdade e moral.
